One of the most unique structures Rinaldi has had the fortune and opportunity to create. With state-of-the-art electronics and computer technology, the building is designed specifically to create and manage fires in different commercial and residential construction settings.

The structure consists of reinforced and fully grouted load-bearing CMU walls and poured concrete floor arches formed using the Peri System. Each fireplace surround consists of cor-ten steel lining while the building is equip with a residential section that includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 closet spaces & a residential garage, in addition to a commercial garage, electrical and mechanical rooms, and a strip mall section.
