Solid Cherry wood box and door construction and solid Walnut interior drawers and pull-outs with Blum self-closing hardware; a 2-Story Foyer entrance and Great Room complete with Wrought-Iron & Mahogany Spiral Staircase; 5/8″-th. sheetrock interiors v. standard ½” -th. with Level-5 Finish throughout and faux-finished common areas; imported stone tile and countertops with materials such as Portugal’s Rosa Aurora, Spain’s Emperador Dark; Turkey’s Emperador Light; Italy’s Calacatta Gold, Crema Marfil, Daino Reale & Travertine Romano Classico as well as Brazil’s Black Magma, Norway’s Antique.
