Next Miami: Construction Underway On Quarters Wynwood Co-Living Project With 217 Beds

Construction is now underway on a new co-living building called Quarters Wynwood.
A $29 million construction loan was issued to developers Related Group and W5 Group, according to the SFBJ.
County records show that a Notice of Commencement was filed in November 2021 stating that construction was getting underway.
A construction permit was issued in October.
According to the permit, Quarters Wynwood will include:
- 63 multi-family units on levels 2-8
- 3,852 square feet of retail on the first floor
In total, there will be 217 fully furnished co-living beds, along with amenity space.
Quarters, a Berlin-based co-living company with plans for 3,000 beds worldwide, will manage the property.
Arquitectonica is the architect.
The Rinaldi Group of Florida is the contractor.
