Two – Four story brownstone buildings to be domolished and build a new 28 story,calls for a 128-key hotel to be erected on the site of two narrow walkup buildings. The plans call for five hotel rooms on the second through 24th floors, with mechanical equipment filling out the last four floors and rooftop spaces.
