New ground-up 10-Story Office Building on the corner of St. Marks and 3rd Avenue, in New York City, totaling approximately 68,000 SF with Structural Steel Superstructure and an imported Brick Façade. The Rinaldi Group was brought in during the Pre-Construction phase to implement critical cost saving construction methods and Value Engineer the project accordingly.
