This school addition includes 26 new classrooms, a new music room, art room and computer lab, and a cafeteria. With an enveloped outdoor courtyard, the new building consists of rock-face block, 4” facebrick, precast concrete accenting and a sloped shingle roof.
The interior of the new addition consists of Terrazzo flooring in corridors and vestibules and VCT flooring in all the classrooms, as well as painted CMU partitions, rubber wall base and acoustical panel ceilings throughout.
With the assistance of New Road Construction as Construction Managers, Rinaldi had spearheaded the overall coordination and scheduling of this project, involving the work of multiple prime contractors for the steel and MEP trades.
