One of the most unique structures Rinaldi has had the fortune and opportunity to create. With state-of-the-art electronics and computer technology, the building is designed specifically to create and manage fires in different commercial and residential construction settings.

Operated from a new concrete and masonry control tower, 4 fireplaces strategically located in the building are electronically manipulated through a proprietary computer and monitoring system that simulates fires for the life safety and training of Morris County firefighters.

The structure consists of reinforced and fully grouted load-bearing CMU walls and poured concrete floor arches formed using the Peri System. Each fireplace surround consists of cor-ten steel lining while the building is equip with a residential section that includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 closet spaces & a residential garage, in addition to a commercial garage, electrical and mechanical rooms, and a strip mall section.
