Project Description:

10-Story, 125-Ft. office building immediately adjacent to Tower A of Condominium Towers A & B at Renaissance Square of The Ritz Carlton Hotel. The structure was built in 1926 in Neo-Gothic/Art Deco style. The façade is brick with terracotta details. Named to National Historic Places in 2007.

The Bar Building was under construction when A. Rinaldi and The Rinaldi Group worked together with George A. Fuller between 2006-08. The scope involved exterior façade restoration as well as means of egress integration with the hotel incorporating a new south elevation Stair Tower that matched the existing brick and terracotta façade.
