As part of this Historical Landmark project, The Rinaldi Group had to coordinate between local, state & federal agencies such as NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission, the State Historic Preservation Office and the National Parks Service.

At the time of completion, CitizenM Hotel was the world’s tallest modular constructed hotel standing 20-Stories. Located at 189 Bowery, New York, NY, the Hotel consist of 210-pods or modular units totaling 300-Guestrooms along with common spaces, including rooftop, lobby, and plaza amenities.
