Rinaldi to other developers throughout the country, who are building and developing Mandarin Oriental Residences of
their own. That national recommendation has led the Rinaldi team through it’s Principal leadership of Carl Schwartz 1 Harmon Meadow Boulevard - Secaucus, NJ 07094
to Tim Barton of JMJ Development, the developer building this magnificent Mandarin Oriental Residences in the Turtle
Creek suburb of Dallas, Texas.

For this Project, Rinaldi has been procured not only to perform the ground-up new Construction, but the firm is taking
a Pre-development and Development role as well, working in partnership with Mr. Barton and the JMJ Development
team, who together assembled the services of MEPS Engineer MG Engineering, Structural Engineer DeSimone
