     • 3-story academic building
     • Steel structure, brick, storefront, & curtainwall skin, modified bitumen roof (hot applied)
     • Assisted with field quality control, change management, monthly billing, document control, and trained younger PE
     • Lead the coordination of the 3rd floor labs which included heavy MEP components for fume hoods and lab tables
     • Used engineering and construction knowledge to assist in the detailing of various structural sections while offering design input to improve
     constructability

     Gwinnett County Department of Human Services Office Building - lawrenceville, GA
     $25M, 100,000sf office building with connected adjacent 3-level parking garage
     • Steel structure, precast concrete skin, curtain wall & storefront, precast parking deck
     • Handled all document control and assisted the superintendent in field management
     • Worked closely with framing contractor to coordinate wall placement and ceiling construction after MEP coordination
     • Managed the installation of door frames, doors, & door hardware throughout
     • Directed the installation of millwork including custom wood panel walls in the courtroom and custom service station desks
     • Assisted the end user with the coordination of furniture and helped resolve compatibility issues with structured cabling and fixed furniture
