PROFILE

Anthony T. Rinaldi (born February 8, 1965) is an American engineer, builder and
businessman constructing and developing high-rise rental and condominium
towers and hotels and large commercial projects throughout New York City,
Westchester, New Jersey, Florida and Arizona with current plans to expand into
Connecticut and Texas.

On December 18, 2003 he founded and started The Rinaldi Group, LLC., a
commercial general contracting and construction management firm located
in Secaucus, New Jersey, just outside New York City’s Lincoln Tunnel. Today,
The Rinaldi Group, LLC., maintains a book of business in excess of $750 million
between Florida and New York flush with a healthy bottom-line and AM Best A
rated bonding with Liberty Mutual Insurance and AM Best A rated Subcontractor
Default Insurance or SDI (commonly referred to in the industry as Subguard, which
was actually Zurich’s original product) with Lloyds of London and with the firm’s
de minimis loss-run history and exceptional 0.82 EMR (Experience Modification

project with a Project Specific CCIP or Contractor’s Controlled Insurance Program, a
level of achievement and product offering to it’s clients that took the company it’s well established history to attain.

Through Rinaldi’s 35-years in the industry and more specifically, The Rinaldi Group’s 25-year history in business, together
he and the firm have built over $7.4-Million SF of construction encompassing some 2,000 residential units between
rental
and condominium products; 3,200 hotel guestrooms; and over $2.1-Billion in contract value.

Throughout that time, there have been many other accolades the firm has enjoyed, including most recently Mr.
Rinaldi and The Rinaldi Group being distinguished with the highly prestigious honor of being named as Ernst & Young
Entrepreneur of the Year for 2020, through which EY has recognized over a period of 30-years within 60 countries in
145 cities around the world entrepreneurial achievement among individuals and their companies who demonstrate
vision, leadership and success.

And while in the throes of the world-wide COVID-19 pandemic within America’s most impacted city nationally, The
Rinaldi Group was once again named by Crains New York Business as one the Largest Privately Held Companies,
2020 & 2021, among the ranks of Hearst, Bloomberg, Univision Communications, Goya Foods, Sam Ash Music Corp, NY Giants,
