             the highest level of achievement and excellence in residential and commercial properties; The Central at 5 th
             - Hilton Club for Hilton Grand Vacations, a unique extended-stay hotel and timeshare at 12 E. 48 th
             Street, recognized in 2021 by the Associated Builders & Contractors for Commercial Hotels Excellence in
             Construction; 220 Water Street, Brooklyn, honored by The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce for Multi-

             459-ft above sea- level at the highest elevation in Manhattan totaling 292,681 SF comprising 183,418 SF
             of Class A office space and 95,244 SF and 221-Guestrooms of hotel space with 12,456 retail space and
             a 1,563 SF restaurant with 2- Stories of below-grade parking encompassing 169-parking spaces, 2-car

             complete with kitchen, bar, lounge and outdoor terrace.  Recognized as one of the Top 10 Architecture
             Design Projects of 2022 by London based Dezeen, the world’s most popular and influential architecture,
             interiors and design magazine with over 3- Million monthly readers and 6-Million social media followers;
             and most recently The Mandarin Oriental Residences located on New York’s “richest corner” at 685 Fifth

             Between the years 1997 and 2003, Rinaldi served two 3-year terms as Board of Education Trustee and as
             the Chairman of the Buildings & Grounds Committee and Co-Chairman of the Technology Committee in the
             District of Secaucus, County of Hudson, New Jersey.  After his freshman year, Rinaldi was voted Chairman of
             the Buildings & Grounds Committee 5-years straight by multiple District presidents sitting on both sides of the
             political aisle, during which time he led the District’s campaigning that ultimately resulted in the passing of a
             $7 million bond referendum for additions, alterations and MEPS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sprinkler)
             modernizations of 2-elementary schools, namely Clarendon and Huber Street Elementary Schools.  Rinaldi and
             The Rinaldi Group firm led the design-teams of John Veisz of the architectural firm Faridy, Veisz, Fraytak and
             Brian Meade of Thomson Meade Vincentsen Consulting, and provided pro-bono value-engineering services and
             expertise that helped maintain the project’s overall budget by limiting change order extras to less than 1%.


             During his tenure in his second term, Rinaldi led a 1-year campaign that once again resulted in the passing of
             a $14 million bond referendum for the new ground-up construction of a 1,000 seat Performing Arts Center.
             Working together again with the design team of John Veisz and Brian Meade, Rinaldi and his firm provided value-
             engineering
