Under a design-build, GAFCO built the tallest and largest high-rise building(s) in Westchester together with world-renown architectural firm Costas Kondylis
and their assistants Harvey Kaufman, AiA and Frank nicholson, AiA, for Cappelli enterprises, inc. this $500-M project consisted of two (2) 47-story luxury
condominium towers with 360-luxory units connected by a 10-story ritz-Carlton Hotel, comprising some 1.2-M sF of construction, more than 800,000 sF
of saleable space, 3-restaurants including a BLt & BOH and 155-Guestrooms.

As part of a $750 million downtown urban redevelopment plan at Le Count square, GAFCO’s trump Plaza stands more than 390 feet high on a 2-acre site.
At 40-stories, the tower is one of the tallest buildings in Westchester. this $175-M project consists of 353,600 GsF of total core-and-shell construction,
including 138,000 sF of retail on 2-Levels of base and 30-stories of luxury residential condominiums encompassing 187-Units. Architect - Lessard Group

Owner/Partner. new Construction of 6-story mid-rise condominium complex consisting of post-tension concrete, masonry, stucco façade, punch-windows,
curtainwall, storefront and a detached pre-cast concrete garage totaling $44-M and 475,000 sF of construction.
