     In his role as EVP at the Rinaldi Group, Mr. Sciascia directly manages some of the firm’s larger projects, such
     as the recently completed 40 story, 365 key, double branded, Marriot Hotel at 215 Pearl St in NYC. He holds
     a B.S. in Design (Architecture) and a M.S. in Construction Management from Arizona State University, and a
     J.D. from Fordham Law.
     As Executive VP for The Rinaldi Group, Mr. Sciascia advises the CEO, on various matters, which include new
     business opportunities, deal structuring and contractual risks, as well as working with other Vice Presidents,
     Project Executives and Project Managers to resolve trade contractor negotiations and disputes. Mr.
     Sciascia reviews, negotiates and drafts construction management agreements with owners and subcontract
     agreements with trade contractors.
     Mr. Sciascia is an adjunct professor at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, where he teaches graduate
     coursework in Construction Law and Contracts & Specifications. Mr. Sciascia is a member or former member
     of several Board of Directors including the New York County Lawyers Association (NYCLA). He is also the
     former Chair of the Construction Committee and a current member of the ADR Committee, Committee on   [email protected]
     Committees, and the House Committee of NYCLA. He frequently lectures and moderates panel discussions on
     topical issues affecting the construction industry.

     New ground-up 39-Story Hotel spanning 165,655 SF with Cellar with 2nd Floor Amenities including a Gym, Bistro Restaurant, Bar Lounge & Café with
     Business Center, Board/Meeting Room, Media Pods, Home Theater and Community Seating and 3rd Floor Amenities including a Full-Service Kitchen,
     Fireplace, Hearth Room, Coffee Niche, Dining, Lounge, Outdoor Terrace, Study and Media Lounge. Overall hotel stands 443’-high and consists of
     320-Guestrooms across two different Marriott brands with the Residence Inn occupying the upper floors and 120-Guestrooms and Courtyard occupying the
     lower floors and 200-Guestrooms.

     citizenM New York Bowery Hotel - New York, NY
     New ground-up 21-Story European boutique hotel with Cellar standing 242’-high and spanning 100,296 SF with 300-Guestrooms with 20-Guestrooms per
     Floor, Floors 3-through-17. Room features include XL King size beds, ambient technology with touch-screen mood pad room controls, electronic window
     blinds, climate controls, coloured lighting, wake-up alarm themes & LED/LCD TV’s, plus wall-to-wall windows, and pre-fabricated modular bathroom units
     with state-of-the-art rain-shower fixtures. Amenities include self check-in lobby kiosks, contemporary living rooms with iconic Vitra furniture, a library of
     design-led books, a 24/7 full-service restaurant lounge, a 1st Floor architecturally featured 15’-diamer spiral lobby staircase and an Outdoor and Indoor
     Roof-Top Bar Lounge on the 19th Floor.

     Gallaudet University – Washington, Dc
     The Gallaudet University MSSD residential halls consist of a North and South Wing. The constructed residence halls are connected by a centralized
     public lobby. The layout of the two wings mirrors one another and are placed at the top of the highest elevation on this 120 acre campus in downtown
     Washington DC. The constructed assembly include 95,000 sqft of a three story (North), and a four story (South) residence halls for the Gallaudet
     University. The reconstructive work consisted of soft and structural demolition and the replacement of new construction assemblies and finishes. The
     replacement of existing slabs with new engineered structural slabs, this work included “surevoid” slab heave protection. Removal of the entire façade and
     replacement of a new brick façade. Removal and replacement of new architectural windows, interior buildouts, interior slab removal and installation. All
     build backs included a very selective architects residence level finishes, including millwork and student life finishes. Work also included all new MEP systems
     and finishes, major sanitary plumbing removal and replacement.  Exterior civil work included the complete excavation of marine clay soils. Which included
     thousands of cubic yards and the replacement of these removed soils with clean engineered fill. Existing ground water drainage system was removed from
     the assembly and a engineered waterproofing  installation to foundation and drainage systems. The entire MSSD residence hall 12-acre site was regraded
     and installed with new hardscape, roadwork, and landscaping.
