     As a Civil Engineering graduate from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Mr. Sindt is a Project Manager for
     Rinaldi, having been assigned 10 E. 29th Street, one of the firms most complicated renovation and upgrade
     rehabilitation projects that required the 16-month turn-over of virtually 400-Units over a span of 400,000 SF
     across 50-Stories of occupied luxury rental space and only four (4) elevators with one freight elevator, which
     was the primary elevator used for service. If those parameters weren’t difficult enough, add to that scope a
     Rooftop Alteration component in which existing outdoor space is converted into an interior Roof-top Lounge,
     through which the structural steel had to be cut for access through the Service Elevator and later welded and
     spliced back together under new construction, all while mitigating disturbance to the existing rental facility.
     Overall Project has been timely delivered, while as a whole remaining under budget despite the logistical and
     service-related difficulties.

     future life/science building has green roofs located on its 6th floor setback and main roof areas. The
     finished product will consist of 5 Elevators, 3 Generators, a Loading Dock and VIEW Smart Glass Windows to best suite all needs of the end user. Value

     undergoing a significant gut rehabilitation and renovation including new solid oak wood plank floors, new kitchens and bathrooms, including new kitchen
     cabinets & bathroom vanities, stone counter-tops and floor & wall tiles. Additionally, all PTAC units throughout are being replaced with new, while the Upper
     Floor Units are being combined through which the 404-Units that are existing will be combined in some cases resulting in 388-Units when the Project is
     complete. Since the building shall remain occupied and functioning, the Project had to be programmed such that said work shall occur in blocks of 25-to-
