     With over 25-years experience in the fields of engineering, general contracting and construction
     management, Mr. Broderick further enhances trG with his diverse background of experience, formally
     serving as eBASco Services’ Project engineer on Houston’s Light & Power company, as well as on Florida’s
     Power & Light company’s $1-Billion nuclear power plants; as Mueser rutledge’s Geotechnical & Structural
     engineer serving olympia & York and the World Financial center; as civil-Structural Superintendent on a
     $176-M Pfizer pharmaceutical plant; and as Project Manager on the $500-M residential tower and hotel
     known as the residence at ritz carlton, White Plains, NY. While working under Mr. rinaldi during their 2-years
     together at ritz carlton, Mr. Broderick has become a key member of trG’s team, expanding the firm’s
     technical versatility and construction depth.

     Avenue was built in 1926 on the block encompassing “the world’s most expensive real estate” and the country’s highest retail on average annually at
     $3,000/SF in 2017, as referenced by the New York times. this most prestigious corner property located on 54th Street & Fifth Avenue between central
     Park and rockefeller center will undergo a significant upgrade structurally removing the existing roof structure and adding 10-Stories to this historical

     suites and comprises of a total gross building floor area of 90,453 square feet. construction consists of a cast-in-place concrete superstructure with
     window wall and cast stone facades at east and south elevations from first floor to ninth floor. the facades at the east and south elevations from 9th floor
