     athletic background in leading the firm as it’s Director of Business Development, being a 2nd generation
     builder and legacy of the rinaldi Group.  With operations expanding on a national platform beyond it’s new
     York, new Jersey metropolitan origins, the rinaldi Group has now procured licenses, registrations and offices
     in Arizona, Florida and texas, where mr. F. rinaldi is growing the firm’s business in markets like largo and
     tampa in Florida, Dallas and Houston in texas and phoenix and tempe in Arizona.

     Fireplace, Hearth room, coffee niche, Dining, lounge, outdoor terrace, study and media lounge. overall hotel stands 443’-high and consists of
     320-Guestrooms across two different marriott brands with the residence inn occupying the upper floors and 120-Guestrooms and courtyard occupying
