     most prestigious corner property located on 54th Street & Fifth avenue between Central park and rockefeller
     Center will undergo a significant upgrade structurally removing the existing roof structure and adding
     10-Stories to this historical residential building. this monumental undertaking will add roughly 20,000 SF
     of residential space expanding the existing 20-Stories totaling 115,000 SF of building to newly constructed
     30-Stories totaling some 135,000 SF, while converting what was once 148-residential units into 69-ultra-

     first of its kind in new York City and the first one in the country built above ground with complete 4
     treatment chambers housed in 35,000 yards of shielding high density concrete and clinical side built of
     structural steel.
     • Guiding and coordinating field activities with all subcontractors from deep foundations to a complex 11
     electrical systems cast entirely in the mass concrete pours, thus making the process a zero tolerance
     environment.
     • Working hand on hand with all consulting firms to help the coordination process. developing phase logistics
     in order to facilitate early equipment deliveries and early commissioning.
     • Fully engaged with city officials to guarantee safety of adjacent properties and the public.

     • Working in conjunction with SOe engineers, structural engineers, architects and Mep consultants as well as
     CM team and City and transportation agencies to develop proper approach and logistics to maximize the
     efficiencies in the erection of 3 midrise buildings in the east Village, where also had to be involved with a
     very strong neighborhood association. the planning of logistics helped ensure cooperation from dOB,
     dep, epa and Mta, and helped eased relations with the neighborhood. assisted in contractor selection
     and project scheduling.

     Site Superintendent
     • leading renovation activities of a 1920’s building in times Square which will house 7 floors of retail and
     commercial and 33 floors of 5 star hospitality for Marriot Black label.
     • planning and managing logistics for all areas and disciplines to ensure high quality, productive demolition and
     construction of $800M, 42-story hotel project with lower mixed use commercial area. through partial
     demolition, excavation and erection of a new building which encases 8 floors of the old structure.
