The following portfolio of projects are not necessarily listed in chronological order in
as much as the list is somewhat of a stand-alone grouping of the projects completed
and currently under construction by our Florida operations throughout the State,
including in all major marketplaces like Miami, Fort Lauderdale & West Palm Beach;
Fort Myers, St. Petersburg, Clearwater & Tampa; Orlando and Jacksonville.
Courtyard Gardens – 9935 Palomino Drive, Lake Worth, FL - COMPLETED Project consists
of a Prefabricated wood-frame roof-truss system, a CMU masonry and stucco exterior
façade, aluminum punched windows and ‘S’ Type cement roof tiles, while the interior
finishes include metal-stud drywall framing and gypsum wall-board, HM door-frames and solid-core
wood-doors, Pre-engineered trim casings, base and crown moldings, and VCT flooring throughout
with a unit PTAC heating and cooling system. Overall unit-price cost of construction, $110/SF (back in
2012-13). Original building was designed as a “square-donut” with the Courtyard in the center and
expected to be 75,000 GSF of Assisted Living Space. However, when the Owner and Developer,
world renown and retired rhinoplasty surgeon Dr. George Peck, Sr., lost his financing with Wells
Fargo Bank through the 2008 financial crisis, he self-finance the Project himself scaling it back to strictly a Dementia & Hospice ALS totaling 22,760
GSF and 36-Beds. Size 1-Story Stick-built; 22,760 GSF; 36-Beds; VALUE - $4,433,182.
Collins Park Hotel – 2000 Park Avenue, Miami Beach, FL
Rinaldi performed the core and shell construction along with the restoration and adaptive re-use of a collection of historic buildings located within
the Museum Historic District in Miami Beach into a 291-Guestroom hotel. Project includes seven (7) of eight (8) structures on the block bounded by
Washington Avenue, Park Avenue and 20 -21 Streets. Five (5) buildings all between 3-to-6 Stories; 172,077 GSF; 291 Guestrooms or Keys; 2 roof top

The Raleigh Hotel – 1775 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL - COMPLETED
This Project consists of the restoration and conversion of the historic 9-Story Hotel into a modern 5-Star luxury hotel and the construction of a
new beach-side pavilion building with an11,000 SF basement and 8-new Townhouses above. Rinaldi performed the original 1 Phase of this

historical restoration as structural concrete repairs were required to the aging terra cotta block that provided the structure for the Grand Lobby
ceiling. A new steel bridge was constructed to provide access from the north side of the property over the 11,000 SF pit that had been excavated
and waterproof for the basement of the pavilion structure. A $1,500,000 temporary tropical garden was constructed on the east side of the
property adjacent to the beach for a promotional sculpture garden during Art Besel with over $10,000,000 of art curated throughout the property.

Warren Henry Auto Group– 2300 NE 151 Street, North Miami, FL- COMPLETED

Located in North Miami, this Project involved the new ground-up construction of an 8-Story state-of-the-art 800,000 GSF auto dealership and
headquarters for the Warren Henry Auto Group, the largest auto dealership facility in South Florida. The Project included Showroom spaces, Class
A Office Space, 82-air-conditioned climate-controlled Service Bays, 400-electrical vehicle chargers across multiple floors, 2-Car Washes, a Fueling
Center and 6-Floors of vehicle parking. This dealership is now the largest Jaguar Land Rover store in the nation and one of the largest automobile
dealerships in the world. Warren Henry Auto Group carries a variety of vehicle brands such as Jaguar, Land Rover, INFINITY, Audi, Lamborghini,
Bugatti, Koenigsegg, Toyota, Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM. The Project was not unlike Gallaudet University, being distressed and shored-
up by Socotec when the original general contractor failed. Rinaldi was procured roughly at 40% completion to replace the contractor in order to get the
