      HRH Construction served as Pre-Con services General Contractor and Construction Manager for West City Partners, in conjunction w/ Heizenga
      Holdings  as Owner/Partner. New Construction of  6-story mid-rise condominium complex consisting of  post-tension concrete, masonry, stucco façade,
      punch- windows, curtainwall, storefront and a detached pre-cast concrete garage totaling $44-M and 475,000 SF of  construction.

      Together with world renown architectural firm Langdon Wilson, HRH Construction provided Pre-con services for Phoenix real estate mogul Michael
      Peloquin on this 5-Story 66-Unit Metropolitan Lofts building in Phoenix. together with Langdon Wilson, HRH assisted Owner in planning and FAA
      approval for the McKinley Lofts, a 14-story design in downtown Phoenix.
