This 29,000 SF addition added to the existing facility 12 new classrooms, a multimedia room, a computer lab, and an 8,500 SF multi-purpose room/gymnasium with hard wood flooring and bleachers. The interior consists of painted CMU partitions, field carpeting with VCT inspirations and accenting, ACT ceilings and gypsum bard soffits, and ceramic tile walls and floors in the boys’ and girls’ bathrooms.

As a licensed general contractor and builder under the State of NJ, Division of Property Management and Construction, Rinaldi is markedy qualified and certified for school construction projects.

This significant building addition includes exterior brick veneer with CMU back-up and aluminum and glass windows, exterior cast stone coping, sills and trim, 3 separate roof systems consisting of of a convex semi-circular standing-seam metal roof, an asphalt shingle gable roof with aluminum and glass skylights, and a modified bitumen roof over the gymnasium; and, an aluminum and glass curtainwall at the vestible connection to the existing building.
