     Project Managers, and field engineers.
     • Authored and drove look ahead schedule, overall Project schedule, provided overall project sequencing and management of project goals and timelines.
     • eliminated several design and engineering issues during preconstruction phase to eliminate unnecessary foundations. re-designed foundation reinforcing
     to enhance and promote efficiency and expedite schedule by several weeks.
     • combined both conventional framing and “flying tables” in areas of repetition to reduce overall manpower and timeline. overall cost savings on elevated
     floors $2.2M.
     • created site laydown, hoisting, site logistical plan for all subtrades within a zero-lot line beachfront property all while maintaining traffic flow.

     • Hands-on oversight of 544,000SF (32) tunnel form in place tower, (4) level parking structure, (4) level 210 units of multi-family.
     • Provided preconstruction logistical site plan, construction sequencing, material estimating and buyout. Supervision of all project divisions. directed weekly
     subcontractor meetings, worked with the project management team on overall construction schedule and general condition cost forecasts.
     • captured $5.2 million in cost savings through effective schedule sequencing thru cutting 220 weeks from overall construction schedule.
     • directed team and created cost management within the General conditions model that reduced manpower and overhead which led to a $1.1M labor
     savings.

     • 24 level residential tower sitting on drilled shaft foundations with 414,000SF cast in place post tension construction. 6 level parking structure and 4
     adjacent multi family structures. Provided daily management, scheduling and coordination of all subtrades. Procurement and management of all structural
     commodities due to direct material purchase contract.
     • cost savings of $6M due to V/e items during preconstruction phase. Worked with Architect and engineer to revise components to reduce costs. Authored
     and submitted all design changes to ownership.
     • Successfully completed project 11 weeks ahead of original construction schedule.

     • construction of a 535-unit multi-family project. 12 cast in place post tension structures with cMu masonry veneer.
     • overall daily supervision of all subtrades, weekly scheduling and subcontractor meetings.
