     8-story, concrete structure with rooftop pool deck and amenities. the building consists of 63 co-living rental
     units, with a total of 217 rentable bedrooms around a central courtyard and is comprised of 125,000 gross
     square feet. the project presents numerous challenges including a building with zero lot lines, minimal lay-
     down area, limited Mot options in a high density area in Wynwood. the national co-living company, common
     is the operational partner of this project. Apartments will be shared by tenants who rent individual bedrooms
     within the 3 or 4 bedroom floorplans. the rinaldi Group worked extensively with the related Group and the
     design team during Preconstruction to identify V.e. opportunities such as the elimination of the Mezzanine
     level, relocation of the generator room and reduction in the pool deck amenity space. VALue: $20.5MM –

     amenities deck that included swimming pool and restaurant.
     • Liaison between the field and ownership. Provide schedule updates/forecasts and offer solutions to any items that will enhance project efficiency and
     value during weekly oAc meetings.
     • daily supervision of all field/office staff. Manage and direct day to day activities.
     • ensure that the project maintains critical path and clear conflicts as they arise.

     • 49 story cast in place structure placed on caisson foundations, 8 levels of parking.
     • Managed and directed field staff of nine area superintendents and two field engineers.
     • directed and sequenced all site laydown and logistical plan on a zero-lot line urban project in an urban setting, authored Primavera P6 schedule, directed
     and managed weekly subcontractor meetings, weekly updates to project ownership and Moriarty management.
     • Worked with architects and engineers on Ve and design challenges to ensure the project stayed within budget and achieved schedule milestones.

     Formwork Systems - Tampa, FL
     vP of operations
     Managed day-to-day construction and business for structural formwork division as VP of operations while simultaneously performing General
     Superintendent role for the construction Management Building division. Managed safety, quality, financial risk management, scheduling of manpower and
     all material and equipment procurement. Provided preconstruction design for project sequencing, scheduling and budgets. Authored monthly labor and
     material budgets along with monthly AiA invoicing. directed preconstruction and estimating departments. increased revenue from $1.8M to $32M within a
     five-year period, while reducing company mod rate to less than 1. optimized project operations through conducting reviews, mentoring staff, analysis from
     preconstruction planning through execution through close out.

     Sand Pearl ii($146m) - clearwater, FL
     • Supervised complete construction of 750,000 SF hotel with mixed use retail and multifamily residences on clearwater Beach. Post tension structures
     placed upon caissons and Auger cast piles. Lead all projects field staff and subcontractors from foundations thru punch out. Maintained zero safety
     incidents throughout the project by implemented a site safety incentive plan. Partnered with project executives during preconstruction phase to coordinate
     sequencing of activities.
     • decreased overall schedule by 14 weeks, generating cost savings of roughly $3M in project general conditions.
     • Lead preconstruction redesign team of concrete shell to enhance efficiency, reduce overall manhours and enhance safety. cost benefit savings of $4.4M
     in hard project dollars.
