management, monthly p&l statements, securing outside vendors, department training (OSHa 1910 CFr), ongoing hotel room and commercial kitchen
rehabilitation projects.

for new construction and repairs to Halon, Simplex and ansul fire system; installation and operation of Barber-Coleman HVaC (BMS) computer system,
plumbing and grease recovery operation. installation and operation of new city water check valves for various potable to heating/chilled water applications.

pneumatics, HVaC and refrigeration. i was command advanced from petty Officer 3rd Class to 2nd Class, qualified for submarines on 1st patrol and received
letters of Commendation and letters of appreciation from the Commanding Officer and SuBGrOup 6 Squadron admiral.
