     for anbau enterprises:
     • General superintendent responsible for all aspects of construction.
     • responsible for the completion of foundation to ground up construction and the coordination of sequencing and starting concrete superstructure which
     split into two separate towers after the ground floor.
     • engaged with the field coordination of all concrete embeds. Held pre-pour meetings and ensured up to date information was available for all
     subcontractors. resolved any in field coordination issues to ensure concrete superstructure was not delayed.
     • Worked directly with the structural engineer deSimone and the formwork engineering team at eFCO to ensure that the 12’ cantilevered slab on the 15th
     floor was properly constructed, shored, stripped and monitored.
     • directed and supervised the installation of all MepS trades following superstructure.
     • Coordinated with the design team and the all subcontractors the means and methods for installations of the complex façade system designed by Cookfox
     which includes a make up of limestone, terra-cotta, metal panels, built in landscaping planter, decorative metal railings, and an aZa window system which
     included large lift and slid, fixed and operable windows with limited access for installations.
     • responsible for the coordination and starting of rough carpentry. reviewed with the design team and subcontractor the intricate layouts which included
     single floor and duplex accommodations. Held weekly meetings with the design team to review layouts and resolve any field issues.
     • developed on a weekly basis real time field look ahead schedules that were reviewed with the subcontractors, owners, and project team.
     • tasked with the development and maintenance of the site logistics plan. Worked directly with the site safety team and expeditors to ensure that the site
     logistics plan was updated throughout all phases of construction and in compliance with all laws & codes.
     • Held weekly on-site safety and progress meeting with subcontractors. Created project specific meeting minutes that addressed safety issues reviewed
     project progress and addressed any issues in the field.
