• lead superintendent responsible for the construction of new York City’s first SpringHill Suites by Marriott.
• Oversee and direct all construction activities from concrete superstructure to tCO.
• Oversee and direct the installation of the projects façade system which included a combination of metal panel systems, punch windows, a slopped curtain
wall system on the upper floors, and Storefront installations included an extended canopy
• Coordination of the interior program from framing to finish carpentry
• Coordination of mechanical trades and installation of all mechanical equipment, including the installation of city services, fire alarm systems installation
and approval, and elevator installation and turn over.
• responsible for the installation of all finishes in guestrooms and public spaces
• Worked directly with Marriott representatives to ensure brand standards were followed during all phases of contraction, including mock up installation and
