     43 Stories, 150,000SF, 399 room Hotel:
     • Oversee all aspects of construction from core & shell to tCO sign offs.
     • responsible for monitoring concrete superstructure. Working directly with the concrete subcontractor & structural engineer throughout the superstructure
     phase.
     • Monitor & track the installation of all façade work which included the installation of modular bricks, utility bricks, an eFS system, and punched windows.
     • Monitor all rough carpentry & drywall activates. resolving field condition issues & preparing rFi’s for submission to architect.
     • responsible for monitoring and installation of the Hotel’s storefront which was a combination of handset stone, thin stone paneling system and curtain
     wall installation.
     • assisted with the coordination and installation of the con ed vaults from foundations to vault placement.
     • responsible for the completion of all public spaces which included a fitness center, a business center, two lobbies, a full sized kitchen & restaurant.
     • Schedule third party inspections.
     • Organize & hold weekly project safety meetings & foremen meetings.
     • responsible for completing weekly progress tracking & field look a head schedules.
     • Working directly with the project management team in resoling field issues, preparing requisitions for payments, daily reporting, field scheduling, payroll
     reporting & addressing owner / architect concerns.

     assistant superintendent responsible for the overseeing all aspects of construction.
     • assisted in monitoring the installation of foundations, including excavations, underpinning, & concrete placement.
     • assisted with preconstruction planning, including site logistics, permitting, & field office coordination.
     • Monitor all phases of concrete superstructure, including tower crane foundation installation, tower crane installation, reinforcement installation, concrete
     embed installation, concrete placement, & scheduling of third party inspections.
     • Monitor Masonry façade installation, including the installation of multipoint scaffold systems, CMu & Brick installation, scheduling of third party
     inspections.
     • Oversee the start of the interiors program, including the monitoring, scheduling & tracking of mechanical trades, drywall subcontractors, & elevator
     subcontractor.
     • Organized and held on site meetings, including weekly project safety meetings with subcontractors, weekly foremen’s meeting, project progress &
     scheduling meetings.

     assistant superintendent responsible for the overseeing all aspects of construction of
     three hotels that were built as one core & separated during finishes.
     • Oversee & monitor the completion of concrete superstructure.
     • Monitor the installation of façade systems. each Hotel had a separate design. Façade systems including four different modular bricks, utility bricks, a metal
     panel system, & an eiFS system.
     • Monitor the installation of punched windows.
     • Oversee & monitor the interiors program including all mechanical trades, drywall, elevators, & finishing trades.
     • responsible for creating & distributing construction tCO punch lists for all three hotels.
