this facility is a state-of-the-art $80 million, 8 Stories, 750,000 SF auto dealership / headquarters for the
Warren Henry auto Group in north Miami, the largest auto dealership facility in South Florida. this was a distressed project where trG was called in at
40% completion to replace the terminated GC and “right the ship” to achieve tCO and CO. We provided a full Construction Management team including
project executive, General Superintendent, Superintendent, HVaC Superintendent and electrical Superintendent. through our expertise and direction, the
project was put back on track by providing the required leadership as we worked with trade contractors to ramp up their crew sizes and bring in competent
foremen. We achieved tCO ahead of our schedule goals after being 12 months behind schedule with the former GC. there were numerous items of non-
conforming work that were identified by trG and corrective work was undertaken after consultation with the architect, engineers and third party inspectors.
