• Monitor all phases of concrete superstructure, including tower crane foundation installation, tower crane installation, reinforcement installation, concrete

three hotels that were built as one core & separated during finishes.
• oversee & monitor the completion of concrete superstructure.
• Monitor the installation of façade systems. each Hotel had a separate design. Façade systems including four different modular bricks, utility bricks, a metal
panel system, & an eiFS system.
• Monitor the installation of punched windows.
• oversee & monitor the interiors program including all mechanical trades, drywall, elevators, & finishing trades.
• responsible for creating & distributing construction tco punch lists for all three hotels.

warehouse. An emergency demolition order was executed by the new York city
department of buildings due to the stability of the building.
• review site logistics with Project management team. Set up safety zone with demolition contractor.
• Monitor the demolition of the building with forensic engineers & the department of buildings.
• oversee the filling & Grading of the site.
• oversee the waterproofing of exposed adjoining properties.
