Exterior work is moving along at 12 East 48th Street, a 367-foot-tall Hilton Grand Vacation Hotel in Midtown East.
Construction, led by The Rinaldi Group, has now reached the punch list or closeout phase, where the majority of work is focused on building interiors. According to the project team, they are 70 percent complete on the public spaces and are 50 percent complete on the gym floor. Total construction costs hover around $60.4 million.
Installation of the metallic façade panels is approaching the roof parapet on the main elevation of 12 East 48th Street in Midtown East. Located between Madison Avenue and Fifth Avenue,the slim reinforced concrete superstructure will eventually open as a 161-room Hilton Grand Vacation Hotel.
