The Rinaldi Group of Florida breaks ground on a 94-unit affordable housing project for developers Housing Trust Group (HTG) in collaboration with West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).
The final exterior touches are underway on 12 East 48th Street, a 367-foot-tall hotel tower in Midtown East.
